Saturday, October 6, 3 PM until the bonfire goes out!
Activities: Riding demonstrations and rider awards, children’s hay maze, silent auction, raffles, great food, bonfire, sponsor a horse activities, and more. Come join the fun!
We are looking for:
Volunteers (pre-planning and day of)
Canopies or Screen tents (to borrow for the day)
Fun items for auctions and raffles
Auction item ideas:
We will assemble auction packages around themes or special interests. Looking for:
new (or nearly new) beach bags, large baskets, small luggage pieces, athletic bags – and anything that would go in it!
Personal pampering products
Ethnic food items/wine/chocolates
DVD – music or movies
Sport Items/tickets to events
Gift Certificates – food or shopping
Pet products
Family board games
Beach towels
Golf balls
Lap blanket for cold winter nights
Seasonal decorations
Use your imagination and so will we!
