Hosanna Offers Small Group "Training" for Leaders and Group Members

Small Group Equipping Day- "There Must Be More Than This!"
Saturday, February 2 (8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.)

Mark your calendar! This day is for ALL Small Group participants, both leaders and members. This event will provide opportunities to get more out of the small group gatherings, without the stress of working outside of your sweet spot. Group will be sitting together at the event, and having group discussions throughout the day. If your whole group cannot come, you will want to have at least two or more delegates to share the excitement, ideas, and skills they will learn. Your group will end the day with several hand-chosen options for making the most out of your small group experience.

The main portion of the day will be time with your group members and other leaders and groups to brainstorm HOW to live out core values more effectively. Hosanna's Small Group Team will provide a video clip, skit, or testimony to engage your brains, then you get to take it further. By the end of the day you will have a ROAD MAP for your group for 2008.

Break out sessions:
Prayer/ Anointing: Learn different ways to pray in your group and beyond.

Care: Discover practical guidelines and steps for truly loving and caring deeply for each other, including how to handle times of crisis, hospitalization, or a death of someone in your group.

Online Resources: Learn how to use Group Finder and Growth Finder to find people seeking a group, register your group, and find just the right curriculum for your group.

Family Life: Receive great ideas, tools, resources and meet others who are also seeking to improve or start a family life group.

House and Evangelism blessings: Learn how to do a house blessing and take it back to your group so you can bless each other’s houses and maybe even your neighbors.

Cost for the event is $5, which includes a continental breakfast and lunch. Childcare is available for additional cost, if pre-registered no later than January 25.
