Dear Friends,
I am writing to ask for your time and prayers during Thanksgiving week. The season is upon us and what do you have to be thankful for? I am thankful for all of you and the ways you have touched my life. Recently the Lord has laid it upon my heart to gather His faithful for 24 hours of continuous prayer for my cousin Brenda. She was diagnosed with kidney cancer about 2 years ago, that has metastasized to her lungs and recently her brain. Brenda is a believer and an inspiration to everyone that knows her.
What prayers will God answer when a house is filled with believers for a 24 hour period? This is the season to prepare ourselves spiritually, so that we can be salt and light to the world. Please prayerfully consider coming for any part, even if your schedule only allows a few minutes. Let us come together and abide in God’s presence, worship with wholehearted devotion and pray for Brenda’s healing.
