Please be in prayer for us over the coming days and weeks. Rollie is hauling Smoke in to the clinic tomorrow (Tuesday), and Smoke is slated for surgery on Wednesday morning.
Please pray for these very specific things:
1. For the vets to find a very obvious and DEFINITE cause of Smoke's colic. Whether this cause is curable or not at this point is of little importance...we are prepared for whatever outcome is presented to us, including euthanasia.

2. For Smoke's surgery and recovery to happen swiftly and free of complications....i.e. - no infection, no adhesions/excessive or abnormal scar tissue, no herniation of the incision/abdominal wall, etc.
3. For the surgery to be more than covered by the amount we received from the sale of our horse trailer. Rollie goes back to work next week, but money will still be tight for the forseeable future.
Thank you for supporting us. As you can see from the attached picture, Smoke is part of our family and is loved by many. We look forward to a great outcome, and hope to hit the trails again soon!!! :-)
